This portal is your central hub for managing your services with Wells Websites. Here's a quick rundown of what you can do:

Invoices & Billing

View, download and pay your invoices all in one place. You can pay securely via bank transfer, and your full invoice history is always accessible whenever you need it.

Services & Upgrades

View your active services and their renewal dates at a glance. If you'd like to add a new service or upgrade your existing plan, you can browse and order directly through the portal without needing to get in touch first.

Support Tickets

The best and fastest way to get support is by opening a ticket through the portal. This allows us to properly track and prioritise requests, and means you'll get a faster, more thorough response than contacting us via text or email directly. Where possible, please use the ticketing system - it makes a genuine difference to response times.

Graphic Design Requests 

If you're on a Plan, your quarterly graphic design requests should be submitted via a support ticket going forward. Simply open a ticket under the appropriate help desk with your requirements and we'll get things moving.

Your Account

You can update your contact details and change your password at any time from your account settings. If this is your first time logging in, please do change your password.
